Harcourts Hamilton has 6 offices spread across the city servicing the urban and rural region. We have dedicated rural and lifestyle salespeople who focus on deliverables to meet client expectations. As it states in our vision, “People first” is at the core of what we do.

We have strong conjunctual agreements with most other Real estate companies. This is important as buyers can sometimes have an allegiance to a particular salesperson and/or company, and this agreement doesn’t preclude them from viewing or being disadvantaged from purchasing your property.

 

Our Location

Hamilton is located at the heart of the Waikato region and serves as a central hub for the rural communities and towns. It enjoys a mild winter and warm summers and flanks the majestic Waikato river. With the recent expansion north of the city including new shopping malls and commercial businesses a vibrancy has recently emerged. With a population of 224,00, it is New Zealand’s fourth largest city.
